Javier is bilingual in English and Spanish and has extensive experience operating in cross-cultural business environments. He earned his engineering degree from National University of La Plata – Argentina.

Dr. Hastings brings a strong academic and professional background in healthcare, shaped by rigorous training, discipline, and attention to detail. She earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne Medical and Dental School, graduating with Merit in Clinical Dentistry and receiving recognition for excellence in restorative dentistry. Following her relocation to the United States, she has expanded her professional focus into new strategic and business challenges, applying her analytical mindset, international perspective, and intuitive judgment to support the company’s broader vision. Ginny Galindo is a bilingual finance and operations professional with over two decades of experience leading financial management, human resources, and organizational development. She served as Finance and HR Manager and co-founder of a graphic manufacturing company in South America, where she oversaw financial planning, cost control, and internal operations, contributing to the company’s long-term growth and stability over more than 20 years.
She later transitioned into advisory and consulting roles, supporting strategic planning, financial structuring, and operational execution across various business initiatives. She has recently joined Alesant Management Group as Executive Operations Coordinator, where she plays a key role in supporting senior leadership, coordinating cross-functional processes, and ensuring execution, structure, and continuity across the organization’s core operations and strategic priorities.
